Is this challenge REALLY free? Yes, you'll get 5 days worth of email lessons, videos, and challenges delivered straight to your inbox. No credit card required, all I need is your email address to get you started! I'll even give you full access to my entire 'Move Yourself Activity Video Vault' during the challenge.

Why do you need my e-mail address? All of the challenge content, exercises, and videos are delivered in a specific sequence and I need to send you daily emails to keep you on track. Don't worry, I will not be sharing your information with anyone. I'm a big believer in a well-balanced diet, and SPAM is not a part of it.

How much time will this challenge require? If you commit to getting the most out of these 5 days, you'll want to set aside around 30-45 minutes per day. And if you can't set aside that amount of time for just 5 days, how do you expect to achieve your goals for all of 2017?

I want to join, but I missed the Monday deadline. What can I do? This challenge is open up until Friday, the final day of the challenge. Any steps your tracker has accumulated can be retroactively added to the leaderboards, plus most raffle prizes are simply based on participation and meeting daily benchmarks. Also I will offer all 5 days worth of challenge content for free once it is complete, and you'll have until Sunday the 15th at midnight to access everything until it goes away (I will later charge $$$ for this challenge, fyi).

Do I have to buy a fitness tracker to compete? Nope! With Stridekick you can use all major fitness trackers like Fitbit, Garmin, Jawbone, or your Apple Watch. And if you have none of these, simply install a free tracking app on your phone.
